SafeStage privacy policy

SafeStage is a Shopify app provided by A Star Supply, trading as Instilus ("we"). Contact: astarsupply@gmail.com.

What we collect

What we do not collect

The app does not request, receive or store any information about your customers, their orders, or any shopper. It uses no tracking cookies or analytics on your store.

Sharing

We do not sell data. It is processed only by the providers that run the service: Railway (hosting and database). Billing is handled by Shopify.

Retention and deletion

• When you uninstall, the access tokens are deleted immediately.
• Shopify sends a data-erasure request 48 hours after uninstall; on receiving it we delete your store's publish history and saved versions.

Your rights

Email astarsupply@gmail.com for a copy of the data held about your store or to have it deleted. If you are in the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
