SaleGuard privacy policy

SaleGuard is a Shopify app provided by A Star Supply, trading as Instilus ("we"). This policy explains what the app collects from a Shopify store that installs it. Contact: astarsupply@gmail.com.

What we collect

What we do not collect

The app requests product access only. It does not request, receive or store any information about your customers, their orders, or any shopper. It uses no tracking cookies or analytics on your store.

Sharing

We do not sell data. It is processed only by the providers that run the service: Railway (hosting and database). Billing is handled by Shopify under Shopify's own terms.

Retention and deletion

• When you uninstall, the access tokens are deleted immediately.
• Shopify sends a data-erasure request 48 hours after uninstall; on receiving it we delete your store's sales and price history.
• You can download your price history at any time before then from inside the app.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data held about your store, or for it to be deleted, by emailing astarsupply@gmail.com. If you are in the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
