How do I undo a sale?
Open SaleGuard, find the sale under "Your sales" and press "Undo now". Every price goes back to what was recorded before the sale.
What if a price changed during the sale?
Undo still restores the price recorded before the sale started.
What does "failed" mean on a sale?
SaleGuard checks every price after changing it. "Failed" means Shopify did not accept that change, so that product kept its original price. Nothing is left half-changed.
Can I get my price history?
Yes. "Price history" on each sale downloads a spreadsheet of every price before and after.
How is billing handled?
Pro is billed monthly through your normal Shopify invoice. Cancel at any time by uninstalling the app.
